✅ Vintage Item Condition and "As-Is" Policy
All items listed on the Soviet Christmas website are authentic vintage artifacts, primarily from the 1950s-1980s. Due to their age, these glass ornaments may have minor signs of wear, such as minor paint loss, chipped straws, and oxidation. Some Christmas tree ornaments have undergone professional partial or full restoration. We provide high-resolution photographs and detailed descriptions for each item. All sales are final and "as-is." By purchasing an item, you acknowledge the unique, vintage nature of these historic treasures.
✅ Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars. We offer direct prices on our website, which are more competitive than in our marketplace stores due to the absence of third-party fees. Full payment is due at checkout.
✅ International Shipping and Customs
We ship orders from Western Ukraine via reliable international carriers (SkladUSA, Ukrposhta). While we guarantee delivery within the stated timeframe, Soviet Christmas is not responsible for postal delays, strikes, or weather conditions.
Important: International buyers are fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
✅ Return and Refund Policy
Due to the extremely fragile nature of vintage glass and the complexity of international logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to "change of mind." Refunds are considered only in rare cases of a significant error in the description or if the item differs significantly from the gallery photos.
